People describe me as strong, determined, resilient; a fully present, problem-solver who is solution-oriented; a quick learner full of grit and enthusiasm!

I would agree with all of this!

My life has always felt like a school to me — a place to learn, explore, grow, understand, be challenged and of course, meet incredible people and discover their stories and connect.

All of these truths come together in my work.

I believe that every second of every day is an opportunity to start over and that all we need to open the door to our joy, our health, our happiness and our peace is to start by taking one tiny step towards our dreams.

Because when you take that tiny step toward your dream… you quite literally change the course of your future.

— Amanda L.

“Kacy is courageous, honest, goes for what she wants, and lives by what she believes in. Her thoughtfulness, passion, care, and experience in not only food and fitness but in life, make her an ideal guide for this life-changing experience. She understands that your body work and your life need to be integrated, not imposed upon each other. She is a strong woman, and a fiercely loving mother, and from that place she tailors a plan that fits into your life in a way that not only feels amazing right now but is sustainable for your future. If you want an ally in your health journey who knows what it means to be genuinely real, Healthy For Real is your answer.”

— Amanda C.

“Kacy’s classes are magic. She is calm and centered as she leads you through a very challenging class. Some days she inspires me to really push myself, but she also creates the space to follow what the body is telling you. I go every week — I don’t know what I’d do without her class!””
