When I was 20 years old, I made a decision that would completely transform my life. For four years, I had been subsisting on a diet of pretzels, diet coke, coffee, cigarettes, and alcohol, and it had taken a toll on my physical and mental health. I was exhausted, not just because of my poor eating habits but also because of my lifestyle choices. However, one day I had a realization that would alter my perspective forever.
While living in Southern California, I observed people who seemed to be living the life I had always dreamed of. Despite feeling like that lifestyle was unattainable for me, I came to the realization that it wasn't actually unavailable to me; I just believed it was. So, I decided to take action and follow in the footsteps of those individuals, copying their actions and routines. Although my thoughts weren't necessarily in alignment with theirs, my actions were.
As a result, my life began to change. My habits improved, my body transformed, and my thoughts evolved. Once I made the decision to change my actions, everything else followed suit. The transformation was profound, and I never looked back.
